The website describes Needle Haul services generally. Individual properties differ, and website examples do not create a promise that every material, property, location, or condition will fit the service.

Estimates and Agreed Scope

Call, text, or use the online estimate form with the property address and a short description of the requested cleanup. Photos are optional. When actual conditions need to be seen before final pricing, Needle Haul can assess the property. A flat quote is provided for the agreed scope before work begins.

Core Free-Estimate Area

Free on-site property assessments are available in Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low. This policy applies to the assessment visit only; the cleanup itself is quoted separately based on the agreed work.

Farther Properties and Travel Charges

Properties outside the core free-estimate area may still be considered. Needle Haul may require a travel or property-assessment charge when additional travel is needed to inspect a farther property. Any such charge is communicated before the visit is scheduled. When Needle Haul states that the charge will be credited toward approved cleanup work, the credit is applied according to that estimate arrangement.

A travel or property-assessment credit does not mean that travel has no cost in the final project. The cleanup quote may still account for the actual travel, labor, hauling, access, disposal, and other conditions required to complete the agreed scope.

Changes to Scope or Conditions

If material, conditions, access limitations, location details, or requested work differ materially from what was included in the quote, any change to the scope or price should be agreed before additional work is performed.

Service Limits

Needle Haul focuses on approved light natural yard debris. Tree removal, excavation, major land clearing, construction debris, hazardous waste, household junk, furniture, appliances, large logs, and heavy-equipment work are outside the normal service scope.

Property Conditions and Access

The customer should provide accurate information about the property and ensure the agreed work areas can be accessed safely at the scheduled time. Pets, active hazards, blocked access, unstable surfaces, or other conditions that make the work unsafe or materially different from the quoted scope may require the job to be delayed, declined, or re-evaluated.

Wildfire and Defensible-Space Information

Needle Haul may remove approved loose ground debris as part of broader defensible-space preparation, but it does not provide wildfire certification, guarantees about fire outcomes, tree work, structural hardening, or property-specific fire-safety advice.
