Estimates and Scope
An estimate is based on the photos, address, access information, materials, and requested areas provided. Work begins only after the scope, accepted materials, price, and scheduling are agreed. Material or conditions not visible in the estimate information may require a revised agreement.
Service Limits
Needle Haul focuses on approved light natural yard debris. Requests involving excluded material, unsafe access, hazardous conditions, heavy equipment, or work outside the published scope may be declined.
Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing authorized, safe access and disclosing gates, pets, tenants, cameras, alarms, slopes, unstable surfaces, or other relevant conditions. Do not publish access codes in public forms or messages.
Site Information
Website information describes the service generally. The written estimate and agreed scope for a specific property control that job.
