Photos and Messages
Only share photos and information needed for the estimate. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, alarm codes, or other sensitive access information through the website. Arrange property access directly with Robert after confirming the conversation.
How Information Is Used
Needle Haul does not sell customer information. Messages and photos may be retained as needed to document an estimate, service scope, scheduling, and completed work. Carrier and email-provider privacy practices also apply to communications sent through their services.
